Here at PsychMatters, we’re always after ways to help the up and coming so we’ve devised our Startup feature to showcase the very best of the best in the startup world. This week we give you…Monolith.
We use sensors, big data and behavioural sciences to generate insights on how to improve peoples’ shopping experience and bottom line.
How did you come across the idea for your business?
Martin was doing online analytics and Boris was an expert in human behavior and so we decided to combine our skills and expertise and create an offline analytics company.
Who do you view as your competitors?
Where do you see yourselves in a years time?
Hopefully fulfilling the purpose of Monolith and making retail better. We’d like to open up an HQ in London, full of crazy passionate people that combine behavioral sciences with big data to generate beneficial actions for retailers.
What advice would you give fellow startups?
Build on vision. And then build some more.
